My Founder Era!
Early in my career, I founded Platform, a non-profit organization that envisions a liberated future where Black, Indigenous, and racialized women and gender-diverse folks can lead authentically. Growing Platform from a grassroots movement to a nonprofit organization allowed me to get a first-hand experience of what it means to go form vision to action. My experience as a founder allowed me to work with and learn from many amazing people, making me the person I am today!
My expertise in organizational growth and fund development are deeply rooted in my ability to work with partners, communities, and funders to build Platform! During my time at Platform, I worked with young leaders, civil society organizations, and governments to increase meaningful representation and inclusion at the decision-making table.
